Specifications: Savannah Trims furnishes Curb Mount skylights to meet the South Florida Building Code (SFBC) of Miami-Dade County, Florida. Impact Rated Curb Mount skylights are available in any size and configuration up to 32 square feet. These skylights also meet Texas Department of Insurance guidelines as a wind and hail resistant roofing material. Manufactured with sealed double Lexan (Polycarbonate) domes, these skylights are available with custom tinting and custom frame colors. Frame: .060" T6063 Thermally Broken (also available Non-Thermally Broken) extruded aluminum frame and retaining angle with integral condensation gutter to help reduce interior moisture. Thermally broken units are recommeded for cold weather climates. Unit mounts to roof curb by others. Glazing: Sealed double Lexan (Polycarbonate) domes for impact resistance.
