All operable units include an insect screen. Unit mounts directly to roof curb or roof deck for easy installation. Self Flashing units available with 4", 5.50", or 6" curb heights. Available with various tinting and frame color options. Frame: Operable Thermally Broken (or Non-Thermally Broken) and fully insulated extruded aluminum frame and retaining angle for maximum energy efficiency. Operation: Manual operator opens sash up to 12" for extra wide ventilation. Optional electric operator with wall mounted switch or remote control, rain sensor, and extension pole available upon request. Glazing: Insulated Glass: ¾” or 1”; Clear, Bronze, Gray, Solar Cool, Obscure, Low “E”, and Argon Gas. Tempered and Laminated options available to comply with local building codes.
