Specifications: Savannah Trims furnishes Self Flashing skylights to meet the South Florida Building Code (SFBC) of Miami-Dade County, Florida. Self Flashing skylights are available in 6" curb height only (to qualify for a Florida NOA) to meet the requirements of any roof material, from asphalt composition, to Spanish tile. These Thermally Broken or Non-Thermally Broken units are available in standard and custom sizes, up to 32 square feet. Thermally Broken units are recommended for cold weather climates. These skylights also meet Texas Department of Insurance guidelines as a wind and hail resistant roofing material. Manufactured with sealed double Lexan (Polycarbonate) domes, these skylights are available with custom tinting and custom frame colors. Frame: .080" T6063 extruded aluminum frame. All units have .060" retaining angle, 3" mounting flange, integral condensation gutter, and weep holes to direct moisture to the exterior. Unit mounts directly to roof deck for easy installation. Glazing:Sealed double Lexan (Polycarbonate) domes for impact resistance. NOA (Notice Of Acceptance) available upon request.
